Seiz provides design for printed signs, billboard advertising and high-quality, UL-listed electrical signs, plus sign permit acquisition, installation expertise, and maintenance and repair. Design, provide, install
The sign industry changed, and we changed with it. Signs are no longer produced under the same roof that sells them — Seiz writes the design and the specifications, orders the sign from established wholesale sign suppliers who build to that spec, and then sells, permits, installs and services it for you. Everything except the physical making of the sign is ours, and the sign is still ours to stand behind.
Design
Graphic design and layout, mocked up on your actual building. Contrast, font, color and readability come first — a sign that can't be read at 45 mph isn't doing its job.
Specification
We write the specification the sign gets built to: cabinet and letter construction, mounting and load, and UL-listed electrical components on anything lighted.
Sourcing
We place the order with wholesale sign suppliers we have bought from for years, then receive and inspect the sign here in Hot Springs before it ever leaves for your site.
Permits
We pull the sign permits — zoning setbacks, height and area limits, landlord approval, and the city or county submittal, in whichever Arkansas municipality you're building in.
Installation
Licensed installation by specialist sign electricians, on our own Elliott Equipment crane trucks. Arkansas Act 1188 of 2009 requires that license for electrical sign and parking-lot lighting work. Seiz holds it. We began a formal training program in 2003, and our technicians hold their certifications as certified welders, licensed crane operators and CDL drivers.
Service & Repair
Lamps, drivers, LED modules, faces, timers and photocells. We maintain and repair UL-listed electrical signs and exterior lighting long after the install is finished.

Graphic design
Sign design, layout and scaled facade mock-ups, plus cut vinyl lettering and digital printing for windows, doors, walls and vehicles.
Banner printing
We print banners ourselves, on material up to 5 ft tall and any length you need — grand openings, sales events, job sites and seasonal promotions.
Sign permits
We research the code, prepare the drawings and submit the permit application, then handle the revisions and the final inspection on your behalf.
Licensed installation
Specialist sign electricians licensed under Arkansas Act 1188 of 2009 for electrical sign and parking-lot lighting work — the license the state requires for this trade.
Crane truck crews
Multiple Elliott Equipment crane trucks and crews, with new crane trucks added between 2023 and 2025, so tall pole and pylon work, heavy cabinets and multi-tenant directories get set safely and on schedule.
Service & maintenance
Scheduled and emergency repair of UL-listed electrical signs, sign faces and exterior lighting — including parking-lot and building-mounted fixtures.
LED retrofits
Converting existing signs and exterior lighting to UL-listed LED. Seiz is an Entergy trade ally, so eligible projects can use CLEAResult incentives to cut the cost.
Removal & debranding
Taking signs down cleanly at lease-end or rebrand — disconnect, removal, patching the mounting points, and hauling it off.
